The Suicide Prevention Coalition of Garfield County was established in January of 2006 in response to growing numbers of suicide related deaths. We are a community-led coalition with a goal to increase education and awareness regarding suicide. Through education and partnership with our community, we hope to increase suicide prevention knowledge and skills as well as decreasing stigma.
Prevent suicides by inspiring our community to reduce stigma and foster change through advocacy, education and collaboration.
A thriving community that advocates for suicide prevention
